   • Register by filling in the necessary details and complete OTP verification for authentication.
   • Fill out the online application form with accurate information.
   • Pay the requisite application fee through the provided online payment gateway.
   • Submit the completed application form online.
3. Application Fees: The application fee for GNA University is non-refundable.

Admission Criteria

• Merit-Based Admissions: GNA University course admissions to Diploma, UG, PG, and Doctoral courses (excluding B.Tech and MBA) is primarily based on merit in the qualifying examination.
• Entrance Examinations: For B.Tech and MBA programs, candidates must appear for and secure a valid score in national-level entrance examinations such as CAT, XAT, or MAT.

Ph.D. Admission Criteria and Procedure at GNA University

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates must have completed a Master's degree program with at least 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade. A relaxation of 5% marks is applicable for SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer), differently-abled, Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), and other eligible categories.

• Alternatively, candidates who have completed an M.Phil. program with at least 55% marks are eligible. Similar relaxation in marks applies to eligible categories.

Duration of the Programme:

• The Ph.D. programme is a minimum of three years and a maximum of six years, including coursework.

• Female Ph.D. scholars are eligible for maternity leave/child care leave for up to 240 days during the program.

Admission Procedure:

• Admission is based on UGC guidelines and includes reservation policies of the Central/State Government.

• Candidates qualifying for Fellowship/scholarship in UGC-NET/UGC-CSIR NET/GATE/CEED or similar national-level tests are exempted from the entrance exam and selected based on an interview.

• For other candidates, admission involves:

  • Submission of the application form and the relevant documents.

  • Entrance test 

  • Interview for candidates scoring above the cutoff in the entrance test.

• Weightage: Entrance test (70%) and interview/viva-voce (30%).

• Relaxation in entrance test marks is provided for eligible categories.

Ph.D. through Part-time Mode:

• Part-time Ph.D. programs are available for employed candidates who fulfill UGC regulations.

• Candidates must submit a 'No Objection Certificate' from their employer, affirming time availability for research and potential relief from duties if required.

International Applications

GNA University also welcomes international students seeking admission:

• Application Procedure:
  • International applicants should visit the designated page on the university's website for international guidelines.
  • Register and fill out the application form available for download, attaching the necessary documents for eligibility verification.
  • Submit the completed application form and documents via email to iso@gnauniversity.edu.in.
  • Upon verification, an offer letter (conditional/unconditional) will be sent to the applicant's registered email.
  • Payment of fees as per the offer letter is required through bank transfer/wire transfer/online payment.
  • Upon receipt of fee confirmation, the university will issue an Acceptance Letter (visa letter) and a bonafide letter to facilitate the student visa application process.

Important Instructions

• Applicants are advised to use the GNA Query Management System for inquiries to ensure prompt responses.
• All communication will be conducted through the registered email ID until enrollment is completed.
• Changes to the registered email ID after submission will not be permitted.
